Pomegranate Glazed Salmon Recipe for Salmon

Title: Pomegranate Glazed Salmon

Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: 4 Salmon fillets (with the skin), 1/4 teaspoon Salt, 1 cup pomegranate juice (preferably unsweetened) 3 tablespoons of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of Honey, 1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon cider vinegar.
Directions: Preheat oven at 450*F. Sprinkle the salt on the Salmon and place in a baking sheet (skin-side down) and roast for about 10 minutes.

Combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, and rosemary in a small skillet and bring it to a boil over high heat for about 10 minutes and then stir in the vinegar.

Remove the Salmon (leaving the skin behind) from the oven place on dish and spoon the sauce over it. Enjoy!
