Very Nice little spot. extremely well cover. Nice banks with flooded grass. Water level was high which added to the cover. Goes from shallow to deep very quick with depths reaching 50ft.

if you are trying to fit just you then def get a kayak. they are lighter, faster moving, more stable, and in my opinion more fun. I spent 500 and got an ascend fs 10 from Bass Pro. its real legit and has rod 3 rod holders plus a bunch of space for storage. I take 8-10 hour trips in it all the time and it is extremly comfortable.
drewg66, I need to get off the shore. Im thinking of getting a canoe or Kayak, whatkind of Kayak are you using and are you happy with it?
